Key Responsibilities:

  • Print Production:
    Work closely with print vendors to ensure the successful execution of print projects.
    Prepare and package files for printing, adhering to specifications for various printing techniques and requirements.
    Troubleshoot and resolve any pre-press or printing issues to maintain the highest quality output.
  • Quality Control:
    Preflight every file before it goes into production.
    Conduct thorough quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
    Collaborate with internal teams to review proofs and make necessary revisions before final production.

  • Project Management:
    Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining open communication with vendors.
    Organize and maintain a digital library of print assets for easy retrieval and reference.

  • Software Proficiency:
